1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the Bajimat platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who deposit and play real-money games. Accessing any part of bajimat.bet constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Bajimat may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. 2 Eligibility

Bajimat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period of unconfirmed eligibility may be withheld.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Bajimat account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Bajimat is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bajimat login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Bajimat support immediately. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account credentials until you notify Bajimat of a security breach.

4 Deposits

Bajimat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable transaction fees.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Bajimat account in real time in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Bajimat does not charge a fee for deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your Bajimat wallet and can be used to place bets across the game library.

Bajimat reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds if a transaction is flagged for review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being returned and the account being suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Bajimat account are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different wallet or to a wallet registered in another person's name will not be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or if your account is under review.
• Bajimat may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond 30 minutes without explanation, contact Bajimat support via live chat with your account details and the withdrawal reference number. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests, as this may cause further delays.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bajimat offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Bajimat use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited to ensure that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by Bajimat or any player.

• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform or any game for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Bajimat staff or other players via any communication channel.

Bajimat actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, Bajimat reserves the right to suspend the account, void all pending bets, forfeit any balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Bajimat may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is suspected.
• The account holder has not completed identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also request the closure of your own Bajimat account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within 5 business days.

10 Responsible Gaming
